  • Ability to review the options available and match these to requirements.
  • Awareness of how to utilise all available SRWR facilities together with appropriate business processes to achieve maximum efficiency of operation.

Symology has described the following pre-requisite :

The workshop is designed for local SRWR expert users/ super users. The attendees should be the most experienced one or two users from each organisation site. The attendees must be users with the relevant status and authority to subsequently change or enhance local business procedures in their organisation, to achieve the additional benefits of which they have become aware.

Considering the above pre-requisite, and the desire to keep groups quite small, only one place can be booked per organisation at this time. Additional spaces may be available upon request and a waiting list will be kept by oSRWC.

These sessions are free of charge with venues kindly provided by Falkirk Council and Glasgow Council. Morning coffee and lunch will be provided by the oSRWC.

If you or a member of your team would like to attend, please make your initial booking by the 31 January 2017 and forward the name of a second delegate to jane.dunlop@srwc.gsi.gov.uk stating their first and second venue preferences.

All remaining spaces will be allocated via the waiting list for secondary spaces after the 1st February 2017.
